CasinoJoy is a brand-new, hot-off-the-shelf casino that offers the latest Cryptologic titles, Instant Play games, televised tournaments, progressive and multi-player games, a great VIP Club, and much more. This is an impressive set of features for a casino that just opened up to the public. It seems that the they did some research before deciding what to offer! It's all held together by a clean, classy website too.
Software
The software used by CasinoJoy was made by Cryptologic, one of the leading internet casino software writers. The casino currently offers a downloadable version of their software, with instant play version coming soon. The download version takes a few minutes to set up, but it's worth the effort, especially since it only has to be installed once! The casino even offers a practice mode so players can learn games and have fun before putting any money down. Overall the software is well done, and it really looks great.
Games
More than 200 games are already ready to be played at CasinoJoy. The selection ranges from Slots to Card Games, and fills all the spaces in between. Some of the more unique titles they offer are the awesome Marvel Heroes slot games that are based on Marvel Comics superheros like Iron Man and X-Men. Customer Support
The customer support system at CasinoJoy is the one part that didn't get much attention. Right now, there are only two ways to contact the support staff ? by email or by telephone. The website does have a FAQ section which covers major issues, but for anything not listed there, players will probably end up having to wait for an email response.

Conclusion
It's not very often that we see a brand-new internet casino that gets things right the first time. CasinoJoy is about as close as it gets! Other than the very limited customer service system, everything about the casino is quite above par.
