History

Cryptologic was founded back in 1995, and a year later not only had they opened their first online casino (the still-famous InterCasino), but they were already being traded publically on the Canadian Dealer Network (CDN). By 1998 the company's stocks moved onto the Toronto Stock Exchange, and then to NASDAQ by 2000. In 2002 the company expanded, launching their first no-download casino games, and moving sideways into the online poker and online bingo markets. In 2005 the company was granted its first patent for their exclusive Millionaires Club, a progressive slot game that has paid out tens of millions over the last few years.
