The company behind Vegas Technology casino software has been around since 1997, almost as long as some of the giants in the industry, but they have not fared quite as well. The company is owned by E.H. Gaming Ventures, and is best known for its flagship site - English Harbour Casino. Vegas Technology software offers a library of about 100 casino games, including 7 titles with progressive jackpots. History

Vegas Technology has its roots in a company called OddsOn, which was founded back in 1997. OddsOn was initially involved in providing e-cash systems for online casinos. As they started to work with internet casinos, however, they realized that they were in the wrong business, so they switched over to producing online casino software. In 2005 OddsOn became Vegas Technology, and since they were already running several online casinos at the time, their software saw a major update. In 2006, when the US government introduced the UIGEA and along with it a ban on online gambling, a lot of casino software companies jumped ship. Vegas Technology is one of the few that stuck around in the US market, and their perseverance is definitely paying off while their software gains more exposure in the world market.
