Though the kickoff to the 2010 NFL season is still a couple months away, Brobury Sports is ready to start speculating about stats, fantasy football style!
Wagering on the top quarterback, running back and wide receivers is now available.
In the “Most Passing Yards” market, Super Bowl QBs Drew Brees and Peyton Manning are atop the table with 5/1 odds to lead the league. Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady are close behind, at 6/1 and 13/2, respectively. Our favorite dark horse Matt Ryan is … not even listed? Hmmm!
For “Most Rushing Yards,” who do you like: Adrian Peterson (5/1) or Chris Johnson (6/1)? Whatever you do, bear in mind that 8/1 on Frank Gore, whose best years are probably behind him, is a bad idea.
Finally, in the most unpredictable “Most Receiving Yards” prop, back-to-back winner in the statistic Andre Johnson is tops at 6/1, but Larry Fitzgerald (6/1), Reggie Wayne (7/1) and Brandon Marshall (8/1) are just a few of the 10 receivers getting respectable 12/1 odds or shorter. And Wes Welker … isn’t listed. Hmmmm!
