NordicBet is an all-in-one gambling site offering casino games, poker, and sports betting options (the sportsbook section is called Odds). While the site is probably best known for its sportsbook, their event coverage is mostly limited to the basics, with around half of all the odds they offer covering European football. They cater mostly to a Scandanavian audience, but offer wagers on games in other parts of the world as well. Despite its limitations, NordicBet is a strong internet sportsbook, and is particularly well suited to football fans and to casual sports bettors.

Sportsbooks typically don’t offer very strong bonuses, but NordicBet is an exception. New members who have just signed up and are making their first deposit with this sportsbook are offered a 100% deposit match bonus worth up to $100. It is important to note that this bonus is restricted to new members from Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway, and will only be credited after the full deposit has been wagered. No bonuses are available beyond this, though the site does offer a number of useful extras, from live sports results to full beginner tutorial videos to help new punters ease into the world of online sports betting.

The NordicBet website is a bit of a mess. Instead of using a menu-based system like many larger sportsbooks, it simply lists all the odds it offers on one big page (fortunately, an integrated search option helps locate specific matches quickly). Half the page is filled with European football lines, focusing on leagues in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, though most other major leagues are covered as well. Other major events include cricket, handball, and hockey. In addition to these popular sports, a few minor regional events are also covered, such as floorball and futsal. Overall, NordicBet’s event coverage is decent, even if it is heavily skewed towards European football.

The number of different wagers offered within any particular division is shown on the front page of the sportsbook, and clicking on the division name will reveal further details. NordicBet offers all the usual bets, from outrights and double chance bets to handicaps, halftime results, and quite a lot more. Some events will naturally have more options available than others. The sportsbook offers accumulators for even bigger returns, and runs a LiveBet system to let bettors wager on games as the action unfolds.
