Many gamblers who play either online or at a land-based casino are under the impression that they are somehow in competition with the other players sitting around them, or with the dealer. Other players can't influence your results. Likewise, the dealer only represents the house and has to play by a set of rules.

Though the idea of making a living from gambling sounds appealing to recreational gamblers, the reality is very different. It's hard work and you'll need to start off with a massive bankroll. The idea that anyone can control a pair of dice, as they sour through the air, travel the distance of the craps table, hit the back wall, and finally land with your desired numbers upwards, is all a bit much to swallow. But you'd be wrong. There are many professional casino players who rely on dice control to make their living. Apparently, it's all in the grip. If you're willing to put in hour after hour of practice, over a long period of time, then you too, can master the art of dice control.

Craps is really nothing more than a game of chance. The craps players toss the dice and cross their fingers behind their backs. Contrary to popular belief there's no skill involved.
