Probably the most set of countries whar gambling is banned, then we have to point a finger at the Muslim countries. Yet even these governments are not totally delusional. They know that people have gambled for thousands of years and are not about to give it up just like that. So, to pacify many, virtually all these governments allow some forms of gambling, especially, playing the lottery of some sort. We think regulation is always going to be better than banning all forms of gambling altogether.
